Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Project Cancellation
Clients may request a project cancellation at any stage of the process by providing written notice.
YNG Media reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests based on the project’s progress and scope.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Advance Payment (25%): Non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
- Design Phase Payment (50%): Refundable only if the client is unsatisfied with the initial designs and requests cancellation before development begins.
- Final Payment (25%): Non-refundable once the project has been completed and delivered to the client.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- YNG Media will process approved refunds within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- If the client fails to provide required information, content, or feedback, leading to project delays.
- For services rendered fully or partially as per the agreed project scope.
- For third-party tools, plugins, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
5. Delays and Non-Delivery
- If YNG Media is unable to deliver the project due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund will be provided based on the completed work.
- Delays caused by factors outside YNG Media’s control, such as client inaction, will not be eligible for refunds.
6. Force Majeure
YNG Media is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or governmental actions.
7. Amendments to This Policy
YNG Media reserves the right to update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
